Our canine wellbeing educational outreach programme is a new venture which provides workshops/talks and events to the local community on all things dog. We believe education should be accessible to all and therefore offer an number of free workshops and keep our workshop costs as low as possible. Our talks are currently held at Shepway Close Centre, The Scouting Centre, Shepway Close, Folkestone, CT19 5SJ. 

 

Our aim is to bridge the large gap between the science and caregivers and help caregivers understand their pups that little bit better. We never stop learning and our team LOVE learning and educating about all things dogs especially when teaching focuses on our motto of "Be mindful, kind and fun"!.

 

As a side note, our workshops do not replace the valuable time spent working with a dog trainer, however, should there be a behavioural issue. We simply aim to add to that value. Sophia is a qualified Puppy training coach and Scentwork UK trainer (reward and science based only). She has previously been an FE Animal care Lecturer and therefore has experience in educating others. We hope to invite guest speakers so if you are interested please do get in contact!

An introduction into the world of the Street dog.

Date: Thursday 24th September @5pm 

Duration: 1 hour interactive and 30m social

Cost: £2 to reserve your place, cover hall cost and refreshments (Also will be a donation pot on door for street dog education programme)

Maximum attendance: 10 (Due to COVID safety measures). Pending demand I will run multiple sessions.
